With Simple Self-Pay, your visit is $149, paid at the time of service.
What Is Simple Self-Pay?
Simple Self-Pay is a flat rate visit option for patients and families who do not have insurance or who choose not to file a visit with their insurance.
Instead of billing insurance and waiting for statements later, you pay one clear price at the time of your visit. This helps eliminate surprise bills and makes it easier to plan for care when you need it.
What Your $149 Visit Includes:
Your Simple Self-Pay visit includes an evaluation by one of our medical providers and any in house testing or procedures that are medically necessary during your visit.
Examples of services that may be included include:

Provider evaluation

X ray

Urinalysis

Blood glucose testing

In house testing for flu, strep, COVID, and RSV

In house administered medications such as steroid or antibiotic injections when appropriate

Breathing treatments

Basic wound care or stitches

Minor burn care

Abscess evaluation and treatment
All care is provided based on symptoms, medical need, and clinical judgment during the visit.
What Is NOT Included with Simple Self-Pay:
Some services are not included in the Simple Self-Pay visit and may involve additional charges if needed.
Services not included include:

Vaccines and immunizations

Sports or school physicals

Outside lab testing

Medical equipment such as braces, boots, crutches, or splints

Prescription medications filled at a pharmacy
