KidsStreet Urgent Care in Pelham, Alabama, provides after-hours urgent care services for newborns to 16-year-olds!
We highly recommend you register online before you come to the clinic. You will be added to the same queue if you walk into the clinic. Registering online allows you to do most of your waiting from home, which reduces your in-clinic wait times.

Types Of Upper Respiratory Infections
Many URI’s are typically known as seasonal illnesses, which affect people during certain parts of the year. However, your child can contract a URI at any time especially if they have a weak immune system.

Who can be seen?
We have seen kids all over Birmingham from Hoover, Pelham, Alabaster, and McCalla to Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Homewood, and Chelsea!
Our team will see all children ranging from newborns to 16 years old. However, next door, MainStreet Family Urgent Care will see patients ages 16 and up, so we can treat mom and dad too.
KidsStreet Urgent Care is located just off Highway 31 and Valleydale Road in Pelham. Our children’s urgent care is just one block from Walmart, next to Aldi on Highway 31.
