Important! Needing a School or Sports Physical?

Please note that we do give vaccines at our clinic, but not as part of school or sports physicals. Your school or team may require proof that your vaccines are up to date. If you don’t bring a vaccine record, we may not be able to finish your forms on the day of your visit.

    Can I Walk-In Without Registering Online Ahead of Time? 

    Yes! We welcome walk-ins. You will simply register at the kiosk in the lobby once you arrive to the clinic. However, we highly recommend you register online to reduce your in-clinic wait time!

    We can see your entire family! Our clinic is uniquely setup to see kids newborn to 16 years old with KidsStreet Urgent Care, while also seeing adults via MainStreet Family Care. Please remember to register each family member separately.
