Insurance

What Insurances Are Accepted?

We are happy to accept major insurance, Medicaid as well as Medicaid Managed Care Plans. If you don’t see your carrier on the list, feel free to ask the front desk staff when you visit and we’ll be happy to help verify your coverage. We accept individuals without insurance and Medicaid patients. Due to the fact that each plan is different, please read below to learn more. As a result, we can better serve you and your specific needs.

Insurance and Medicaid Accepted At MainStreet Family Care

We accept most major insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to bring along your valid government-issued ID. We require this for each visit. Subsequently, we require that all patients have a valid, non-expired ID present in order to be seen by a provider. By clicking your clinic location below, you can find a list of insurance and Medicaid accepted at your KidsStreet Urgent Care clinic. *Please scroll down for details regarding Medicaid and options for uninsured patients.

Medicaid Patients

KidsStreet Urgent Care clinics are proud to accept Medicaid patients with no referral needed! As the largest program providing medical and health-related services to children, families, and individuals in need, we’re happy to accept Medicaid, as well as their Managed Care Plans, at our clinics. No Insurance, No Medicaid? No Problem!

At KidsStreet Urgent Care, we strive to treat all of our patients like family.  In order to meet this goal, we offer several payment options to accommodate all of our patients. We can calculate a patient estimate for you, or you can pay a flat fee of $129.00 which covers all in-house labs, tests, COVID-19 rapid antigen testing, procedures, and x-rays. Patients are responsible for the full cost of any other outside services. The following is a list of specific services not included in self-pay:
