Here are some answers to our frequently asked questions!
What Are Your Hours?
KidsStreet Urgent Care is open late, 7 days a week! You can visit our clinic Monday through Friday, 8am to 8-m, and Saturday through Sunday, 9am-9pm.
How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
KidsStreet Urgent Care does not require appointments; however, we strongly recommend utilizing our online registration system ahead of your visit.
Online registration allows patients to wait from anywhere – home, vehicle, you name it! Register online to join the queue.
How Long Are Wait Times?
Wait times are based on how many people have registered online and are in the queue. Patients are seen in the order in which they registered, and the system will give you an estimated wait time when you complete your registration.
You and your child will be able to stay in your car or at home until we send you a text notifying you that it’s time to head to the clinic. You will have thirty minutes from the time you receive the text to arrive at the clinic and check in at the front desk. After checking in, you will need to complete some necessary paperwork before being called back.
When Does Online Registration Begin?
You can begin registering online 30 minutes before the clinic opens each day.
Does KidsStreet Offer COVID-19 Testing and Treatment Options?
KidsStreet Urgent Care can test and treat COVID-19 at our clinic as a part of our urgent care services for kids!
