Hello, Montgomery!

We’re so happy to open our doors to Montgomery, Alabama! Locals in Montgomery have been more than welcoming and our clinic staff is already doing an amazing job. To make things a little easier for you, our patients, we wanted to answer a few frequently asked questions. We hope you stay well, Montgomery! But in the event you need us, we’re here.

When do you open?

We open at 8 am on Thursday, November 12th. Our hours are 8 am-8 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-9 pm Saturday & Sunday.

Where are you located?

We’re located near Montgomery Academy on Vaughn Road in Montgomery. Our address is 3039 Vaughn Rd, Montgomery, AL 36106.

What hours are you open?

We’re open 7 days a week! We pride ourselves on our extended hours. We’re open 8 am-8 pm, Monday-Friday, and 9 am-9 pm, Saturday-Sunday.

Who are the providers?

We have two nurse practitioners who work at our clinic in Montgomery, Alabama, on a rotating schedule.

How do I make an appointment?

We don’t accept appointments. However, we ask that patients use our contactless registration system. You can learn how to use this system here.

When does online registration begin?

It begins at the beginning of each day, two hours before opening. We do not take appointments, Rather, we register patients the day-of and patients are seen in the order they register, with urgent care patients (stitches, broken bones, etc.) taking priority. How long is the wait?

The wait can vary depending on how many patients we register. We ask that you do not register from home if you live more than 15 minutes away from the clinic.

Does MainStreet offer COVID-19 rapid testing?

We do! Patients can register online beginning two hours before we open on the day they would like to be tested. This is not an appointment. You can learn more about rapid testing at MainStreet here.

Do you offer COVID-19 testing every day?

Yes. We offer COVID-19 testing 7 days a week. We do, however, have a limited number of tests per day. Learn more about how to get a COVID-19 rapid test here.

Do you offer PCR tests for COVID-19? What is the difference between this test and the rapid COVID-19 test?

Do you take Medicaid and ALL Kids?

Yes, we do!

What if I don’t have insurance?
